1. How do I place an order?

3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we won’t be able to make changes.

4. How long does shipping take?
- UK Orders: Estimated delivery time is 7-14 days.
- International Orders: Estimated delivery time is 14-31 days.
5. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and order size. You can view the final shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
6. Do you offer express shipping?
At this time, we only offer standard shipping to ensure the best prices for our customers. We are working on introducing express shipping options soon!
Tracking Your Order
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will upload the tracking information as soon as possible. You can check your tracking details on our Track Your Order page by entering your order number and email.
8. My tracking number isn’t working. What should I do?
Tracking numbers may take 24-48 hours to update. If your tracking details still don’t show updates after this period, please contact our support team for assistance.
Returns & Refunds
9. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
10. How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please contact our support team with your order details. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
11. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

13. An item I want is out of stock. When will it be available again?
